Personal update…

My late August move to St. Louis went very well. I’m now settled into my apartment, and classes have been going on for quite a while. For the most part, my classes have been very enjoyable so far. My professors are very amicable, and I am adjusting to the non-science curriculum rather well in my opinion. All the students at the seminary are very friendly, and I’m starting make some rudimentary friendships. My roommate is exceptionally nice, and we’ve been getting along well.

Technical Update…

This web site has been gradually undergoing some renovations over the past several months. First, I’d like to note the addition of the Log Archive, which is accessible from the Destinations panel. As I make new log entries on the homepage, the older entries will be moved to the Log Archive for posterity. The Log Archive interface displays the date and title of each entry next to a link that will bring up the full text of the individual entry. Second, all of the photo galleries have been re-coded to meet the HTML 4.01 and CSS 2 specifications. With this task accomplished, I can now start working on the backlog of photos waiting to be published. Finally, I have started the Support-A-Seminarian program. This program allows visitors to make an online donation towards my seminary education quickly and easily through PayPal. In addition, the interface for the Support-A-Seminarian program is my first foray into the world of javascript!
